1. Program description
By opting in to Ascend Skin's SMS program, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Ascend Skin at the mobile number you provided, including offers, product launches, order updates, subscription reminders and cart reminders.

2. Consent
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt in through our website, at checkout, or by texting a keyword to our number.

3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies.

4. Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

5. How to opt out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending you messages again.

7. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to our SMS program. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder of the mobile number provided or have the account holder's permission.
